Established in November 2005, Zibo Xujia Chemical Co., Ltd. is located at No. 169 Weiliu Road (registered address) of Qilu Chemical Industrial Park of Linzi district in Zibo City, with a registered capital of CNY 25.18 million and a fixed asset of more than CNY 80 million. Now, our company is a manufacturer and trader of phenol alkylation products such as p-tert-Butylphenol and 4-tert-octylphenol. Since establishment, our company has adhered to the purpose and concept of "people-oriented, being practical & innovative, high quality and efficiency, being pioneering and enterprising", we work hard to make innovations, accumulate experience in practical work, and seek development in scientific research. After continuous research and theoretical practice, we successfully developed the continuous production line of p-tert-Butylphenol on the basis of intermittent production of p-tert-Butylphenol in 2010. At present, our company has four continuous production lines, and their the production process and the degree of automation have reached the highest level in China; thus our company now ranks the first position in the private enterprises of Shandong province or even China in terms of product quality and quantity.

In 2017, our company set up universal joint unloading crane pipe in the isobutylene unloading area, which adopts fixed connection for unloading, and the on-site supervision personnel have passed the training of competent department and hold certificates. There is one combustible gas alarm set in the unloading area, and all connections have been connected to our company's main grounding grid through electrostatic grounding. There are two emergency shut-offs set on site, and alarm system and emergency shutdown system have been connected to DCS at the same time. The on-site warning notice board is set completely, and the operating procedures are posted on the site, and the safety management is complete too.

Since our company was put into production in June 2007, the product quality and quantity have been steadily improved year by year, the sales revenue has increased from CNY 96 million in 2008 to CNY 360 million in 2022, and the profit and tax have reached more than CNY 20 million. At present, we have successfully become a steady supplier of a number of well-known enterprises for high purity P-tert-Butylphenol, including Teijin Group, Idemitsu and Yantai Wanhua, etc., and our products are also well sold in the United States, India, Brazil, Mexico and other countries. On the basis of paying close attention to environmental protection, safety, energy saving and consumption reduction, our company strives to achieve the goal of CNY 400 million of sales revenue and CNY 30 million of profits and, it will lay a solid foundation for our company to be a clan, environment-friendly, stable and harmonious enterprise in the future.
